Delicious! Combine all ingredients, except ketchup, in stockpot and bring to a boil - cover and reduce heat, stirring occasionally until sugar is dissolved. (Happens quickly.) Add ketchup and stir until dissolved, then remove from heat. Great on Chicken and Pork! Enjoy!! Note: This recipe originated on Food.com as adjusted by me to reduce sodium and carbs
