Be aware that some of these grams are incorrect - my bad. Combine all ingredients, except oil, in medium bowl. Mix until well blended. Batter should be relatively thick. Adjust for altitude by adding more or less liquid or Xanthan Gum. Heat griddle or fry pan to medium or medium low and add oil to surface. Pour or drop amount of batter onto pan that will make your pancakes the size you want. If batter is thin, you may want to try smaller pancakes to allow you to flip them more easily. When bubbles form and break and batter has lost its gloss, pancakes may be ready to flip over. Cook until golden brown on each side.
