Instructions
I used frozen filets - Thaw - Sautee filets in olive oil, lightly salt and pepper each side - squeeze 1/4 lemon - Sautee 1/2 large white onion - Cool - In large mixing bowl, add filet, fork shredded and onions, add Mayo, and dill - Mix and put in refrigerator - Yield is about 22oz. - Re-Adjusted serving size to be 4 - 5.5oz. yield by weight equates to 10.4oz. raw
