Instructions
1. Beat the eggs in a bow and add the remaining ingredients except for the flour. 2. Roll the ingredients into small balls and coat these in flour 3. Deep fry the veggie-balls at medium heat until golden brown 4. Place the veggie-balls in a bowl with tissue paper to remove excess oil 5. Serve while hot
