Instructions
oats, chia seeds, salt and stevia mixed together, add skimmed milk and let it rest for at least 12 hours in the frige add berries, chocolate and yogurt and mix before eating (if berries are frozen add them 30 minutes before eating and let the oats sit at room temperature)
