My Beef Stuffed Peppers

Instructions
Cut peppers in 1/2 and par cook. Brown ground beef and chopped onions, drain fat. Add to 1 cup cooked white rice, 1/2 cup bread crumbs and Scrambled egg and mix well. Fill each half of pepper with mixture and bake in covered dish at 325° for an hour. Top with my red brown gravy to serve.
