Add Flour, Protein Powder Salt and Sweetener to a food processor and mix.
Cube the butter and add butter and milk to food processor and mix. It should become a dough.
Heat oven to 400F
Split dough into 4 pieces and roll one piece out on floured surface fairly thin and cut into squares. If too thin they will cook too fast, if too thick, they will be hard. Find what you like.
Place squares on parchment lined baking sheet.
Mix leftover dough into next piece and repeat. Fill the baking sheet. Sprinkle some extra salt on top.
Bake until golden brown...about 10 minutes.
Repeat until all the dough is used. Enjoy!
