Instructions
cut halloumi and sausages into smaller pieces (microwave frozen sausages for 30secs to make them cuttable) toss all except egg in olive oil, place in oven on baking parchment on a backing tray for 20 mins (starting from cold) crack egg into centre and cook for further 4 mins until egg white is cooked eat
