This is a daily ketogenic diet to be eaten within an eight hour window (intermittent fasting) in either two or three meals based on years of research and adherence to healthy living. This is my first attempt at true keto and I expect the results to be epic.
Most of the ingredients can be combined as a salad, the eggs are drank raw along with a knob of raw ginger, the lemon is squeezed in the morning into water and apple cider vinegar. The fish oil is a supplement from Nordic Naturals. The milk is raw kefir. Buy grass fed beef organ meats from a source you can trust like Miller's Bio Farm.
I will be eating this diet every day for the forseeable future and posting updates. Supplement with magnesium (Neuro-Mag from Life Extension is my favorite) and vitamin D.
