National Trust Cheese Scones

Instructions
Mix flour and butter until consistency of bread crumbs. Stir in most of cheese, add salt and pepper. Mix egg with "most" of the milk. Add mustard powder. Combine dry and wet ingredients. Add milk as necessary to create a dough. Divide into 8 (16?) pieces and flatten slightly (either round or triangular). Place on lined baking tray, sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350F/180C (or up to 375F) for 15 - 20 min until risen and golden.
