Instructions
Mix the beef with your favorite seasonings and make 14 2oz balls from the ground beef and place the beef smashed down to the edges on the tortilla, Fry the beef directly on the tortilla on the griddle (like a smash burger) once the burger side is done, flip and toast the tortilla side. Add Cheese to melt. Take off and dress with the "Big Mac Sauce" in the recipe above. Dress with the sauce, lettuce, pickles and finely chopped onions
