Instructions
Mash small banana with fork in a glass jar. Add a tsp of chia seeds and ground flaxseed, two tbsp of cacao, 1 tsp of unsweetened peanut butter, 6 almonds, two dates and some fine rolled oats. Add water while mixing with a fork until it reaches uniform consistency, a bit more running than you would like to eat it. Add small apple cut in cubes, and incorporate it with the mixture. Close the jar and leave it in refrigerator for the breakfast. During the night oats and chia would absorb some water and make it deliciously thick. By making it several times you would find your optimal needed quantity of water. Instead of water you can use any milk, preferably plant based.
