Instructions
1. Drain the canned chicken breast. Next, drain and rinse the canned black beans, and drain the canned corn. 2. In a large bowl, combine the canned chicken, black beans, corn, diced red onion, and salsa. Mix everything well. 3. In individual serving bowls, layer the cooked rice as the base. Top the rice with the chicken and bean mixture. 4. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the chicken and bean mixture. 5. Serve your canned chicken and bean burrito bowls immediately.
