Fried Rice

Instructions
Rice Preparation Pre-cook your rice ahead of time. In a pot, sauté diced onions until translucent. After about 30 seconds, add minced garlic. Pour in boiling water and salt it, then immediately stir in your pre-cooked rice so it finishes absorbing the flavors. Once done, transfer the rice into your meal prep boxes. Vegetables & Protein In a separate pan, stir-fry your favorite vegetables in soy sauce until just tender. Toss in the white parts of sliced green onions while heating for extra flavor. If desired, scramble eggs and add them only to the boxes you plan to eat today or tomorrow (eggs don’t store well). Finishing Touches The moment you want to eat, you take the stuff out of your box into a pan with heated oil, mix in soy sauce and oyster sauce and you are done :) Top each platting with raw green parts of the green onions for a fresh, crisp bite. Add a generous dollop of körniger Frischkäse on top for an extra protein boost when eating. Your meal prep boxes will keep the dish fresh for up to five days in the fridge. Enjoy!
