Instructions
Scrape seeds out of an English cucumber and save for another use. Mince remaining cucumber and stir in salt. Set aside for 15 min. Line a bowl with a clean dish towel, then spoon yogurt onto the towel. Use the dish towel to squeeze water out of the yogurt. Scrape the yogurt from the towel into a mixing bowl. Mix remaining ingredients into the yogurt. Use the towel to squeeze water out of the cucumber, then mix into to the yogurt mixture. Cover and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
