You can add more greens and Chicken for a bigger entree and more protein! Be sure to watch dressing portions if you are using a higher calorie dressing Be sure to watch candied pecan portions to ensure more accurate calorie count 1. Grill chicken to 165 degrees Fahrenheit 2. Chill chicken for 3-4 hours or over night for best results 3. Add mixed greens, strawberries, blueberries, and pecans to food prep container 4. Add cold chicken to the top 5. Measure out 2 oz of dressing to ensure calorie counts
