Sausage and Veggie Pasta

Instructions
Cook pasta in salty water with 1-3 tsp of garlic. Add the veggies half way through the pasta cook time(after about 5 minutes). Reserve 1-1 1/2 cups of the pasta water. Cook sausage until no longer pink. Add rest of garlic and cook until fragrant. Add the cooked pasta and veggies. Stir. Add cheese. Stir. Add reserved water a tsp at a time until a thin sauce develops. Taste and Add salt/pepper to taste. Enjoy!
