Pork Loin & Veggies Tacos with Brown Rice

Instructions
1) Prepare a medium-sized pan with a top that permits some flow. 2) Heat the pan at low: 3, and add 2 spoons of olive oil. 3) Add the pork-loin and raise to 5, cover. 5) Chop the veggies, add, and pour 1 or more spoons of olive oil. 6) Raise heat to 7, stir, pour some soy sauce, and add some water, cover. 7) Cook at 7 for some 12 minutes, then stir and lower to 6. 8) Stir and check till veggies are chewy 'aldente' and not too soft. 9) Make room for rice, add rice, and heat at 5 for some 5 min. 10) Turn heat off and put tortillas on top; close.
