Peel garlic and mix with nuts, parmesan cheese, and salt in food processor. Add olive oil just enough to make into a consistent paste (to hold it all together). Don’t puree (Try to leave chunks of nuts). Taste and you should be able to taste all four ingredients (if not add more until you do). When you feel the mixture is right, add the basil and process as little as possible. Taste again, but it should already be good from the previous step. Keep refrigerated and always keep covered with oil (it goes bad quickly if you don’t. So use a small container.)
