Instructions
Cook Ground beef with onion in skillet medium high heat until no pink Season with Hamburger deluxe seasoning or whatever seasoning you normally put on your burger patty Drain grease from meat and set to side to cool Cut long slices of cheese and make egg wash (1 egg whisked with 1 tsp of water) set to side On clean dry surface place egg roll wrapper with corner pointed towards you Place a piece of cheese and a spoonful of the meat just below center Grabbed the corner closes to you and pull it up over the meat and tuck it under as best you can Put a bit of egg wash on each corner folding the left corner rolling once then folding the right corner roll once more Egg wash the top flap then roll all the way, egg wash the whole egg roll Airfry in a preheated airfryer at 400 for 5-6 mins flipping half way, lay in flat layer.
