Based from Gemini Recommendation Instructions: Soak Oatmeal: In a medium saucepan, combine rolled oats, water, rice milk, Pea Protein Isolate, ground flaxseeds, some ground ginger, a pinch ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Soak overnight in the refrigerator. Mix lemon juice, mixed frozen fruit, and maple syrup, and let thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Cook Oatmeal: Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until oats are creamy and liquid is mostly absorbed (about 10-15 minutes). Add Flax & Oil: Remove from heat. Stir in the flax oil until completely smooth. If too thick, add a splash more water. Prepare Berry-Lemon Compote: Simmer fruit mixture in a pan till it is hot and slightly thickened, pressing berries with the back of a spoon. Toast Crumble: In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast sunflower seeds and hemp seed hearts for 2-3 minutes until lightly golden and fragrant. Remove from heat.
