This is a Large Side Salad that is served to my husband before the main meal. My Husband is a large man who has a very physically active job, but wants to lose some weight and lean up. This is supposed to help fill him up (with low calorie, fiber rich food) before he consumes the main protein and starch. This salad fills a standard 9inch dinner plate and I do weigh the ingredients.
