Sausage Egg and Cheese Bowls

Instructions
A cookie sheet and 6 bowls that hold at least 2 cups. I recommend closer to 1-quart as the eggs will rise when cooking. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Grease or non-stick spray each bowl. 1 whole egg in each bowl. Half a cup of egg whites in each bowl. Half a cup of cottage cheese in each bowl. Evenly distribute the half cup of onions to each bowl. 1 diced sausage link in each bowl. 1 serving of the nonfat or fat-free cheese in each bowl. Stir Place the bowls on the cookie sheet and bake for 35 minutes. Remove and let stand for 10 minutes. Enjoy
