DIRECTIONS
Measure out all dry ingredients into a ½ pint jar with a lid or any other lidded container that will hold 8oz/1cup of liquid.
Stir well with a long-handled teaspoon until the cocoa powder has thoroughly coated all of the oat/seed mixture.
Add the 2/3 cups milk and stir until well blended. Cover with the lid and leave in the fridge overnight or for at least 6 hours.
Container holds two ½ cup (115 g) servings.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
The recipe above is for 2 servings of the basic pudding. I like to spoon out a serving into a bowl, if the pudding is too thick, it can be thinned with a splash of milk or juice. Top with ½ to 1 cup of chopped fruit or berries and a sprinkling of toasted nuts for extra flavor and texture.
*TIP: replace milk with a sweet juice like mango or apple and leave out the sweetener, or add the sweetener of your choice (honey, maple syrup, etc.) when you serve the pudding.
