CF Greg Nicoise Inspired Salad

Instructions
1. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, mustard & onions and whisk with fork or whisk until well combined. Set aside. 2. Prepare quinoa per instructions. Let cool. 3. Strain juices from tuna using can lid to apply pressure. 4. Cover egg in pot of water. Bring to boil and boil for 1 min. Remove egg and peel and slice in half. If desired, add green beans to boiling pot for 1 min. Remove and run under cold water to stop cooking. Pat dry. 5. Toss greens, broccoli slaw, green beans, tomatoes and quinoa in salad dressing and put on plate. 6. Top with tuna, olives, sliced egg.
