Turn on the oven to 350 degrees F. Get out two non-stick mini muffin pans.
Combine the almond butter, vanilla and maple syrup in a medium large bowl and stir until smooth.
Add a tablespoon of water and stir again.
Mix in the oats, all the seeds and the chocolate chips (mini are best) into a very stiff dough.
(I used 70% cocoa chunks and zapped them in my food processor to make them small.)
Mix really well to ensure all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Use a small scoop and wet hands to scoop and roll firmly into 24 balls.
Place each ball in the 24 wells of the muffin pans.
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until golden on top.
Remove and cool in the pans. They will stiffen up as they cool.
Once cool, store in an airtight container for up to 4 days or freeze in bags and thaw before serving.
