Puree with a stick blender. Cool pot submerged in cold tap water till bellow room temperature. Add 1 tsp lite salt and 1 tbsp+ 1 tsp balsamic vinegar, and 2 small cartons of nonfat greek yogurt. Mix 7 scoups protein powder with 3 tbsp lite olive oil and 3 tbsp flax oil, till it forms a paste. Add paste to the pot.
Blend till fully incorporated. Add water till a smooth soup consistency.
