Cube stale bread into 1 inch pieces, about 4 to 5 cups worth Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees Brown sausage, drain and set aside Dice Celery, Onion and Bell Pepper, sweat the trinity in skillet with 1/2 the butter Mix trinity, bread, sausage and egg in a large bowl. Add enough warmed bone broth to moisten bread, 1.5 to 2 cups Use remaining butter to grease a 9x9 baking dish or 9 inch cast iron skillet Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes or until crispy and browned on top
