Wheat berries(matvete) from the Swedish food company "Matriket", sold in 500g packages by the supermarket chain Lidl(Sweden). Arguably the most cost effective way to buy whole-wheat in Europe(~€2/KG). Can be used as a rice alternative, as a cereal, or be ground down to flour.
