Instructions
1. slice potatoes thinly with mandoline 2. combine milk, yougurt, cheddar, garlic, salt and pepper 3. add sliced potatoes, mix well, then place in casserole dish 4. top with mozzarella and parmesan 5. bake 1 hour covered at 400degF, then uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
