Instructions
blend eggs, yogurt, 2/3 spinach, and chia seeds. Bake in an oiled pan or skillet at 350 until cooked through. top with remaining spinach, cheese, tomato, and goat cheese and return to the oven until cheese is melted. Enjoy!
