Mix all first ten ingredients in a food processor, plus chopped tomatoes;
Or you can chop the onions, garlic, cilantro, parsley, and tomatoes very dice and add them to the condiments and olive oil;
Add the mix to the ground meat; combine them well but gently;
Add the egg, panko bread crumbs, and tomato paste to the ground meat;
Turn the oven on to 375 degrees;
Roll your meatballs on a golf ball size;
(a shallow bow with water with a drip of olive oil on it to wet your hands makes role your meatballs much easier)
Put all meatballs on a shallow pan or cooking sheet for 25 minutes;
Heat your tomato sauce in a good-sized pan, and do not let it boil;
Put two quarts of water to boil for the spaghetti; add a tablespoon of salt to the water;
When the water reaches a boil, put the spaghetti on it and cook for 6 to 8 minutes; when halfway time cooking, add one tablespoon of olive oil to the water;
Remove meatballs from the oven and put them on your tomato sauce( optional to keep the fat from the meatball that is left on the pan after cooked in the oven)-(I personally never do it)
Serve meatballs over the spaghetti;
Sherred parmigiana cheese over; ( optional)
