Red Bean Tofu Substitue

Instructions
Open canned beans, strain, and reserve liquid. Add beans, pea protein powder, vinegar, and reduced sodium salt to the carafe of a narrow blender or cup to a stick blender. Puree and homogenize mixture till a smooth paste. Add bean liquid as needed to form a smooth paste. Form into a loaf and wrap into a pouch with parchment paper. Steam for 1 hr till set. Cool on the counter, letting it air out and shed excess moisture. Once cool, refrigerate loaf in an air tight container. Slice and use as an ingredient for other meals.
