Basic Chirashi Rice Base

Instructions
Wash rice. Add rice, kombu, and nutritional yeast to a rice cooker and add water. Run the rice cooker till rice is done. Mix Rice 3oz rice wine vinegar, mirin, shoyu, sugar, and Lite salt in a small container till well combined. When rice is finished cooking, pick out Kombu and discard. Transfer rice to a large bowl, then cut in the flavored vinegar mixture till rice is evenly coated and cooled.
