Instructions
1. Cream sugar, oil & syrup 2. Add sifted chickpea & almond flour, almond essence (1 tsp), vanilla essence (1 tsp), salt 3. Stir gently with spoon to make dough 4. Add almond milk while stirring 5. Refrigerate dough for 1-2 hours 6. Cut dough into 18 pieces 7. Bake at 160°C (fan forces) for 15 mins * any recipe with argave syrup is likely to brown more quickly. Needs to be watched closely.
