Wash and peel all the vegetables. Cut the sweet potato, pumpkin, carrot, and beetroot into small cubes.
Cut the bell peppers into thin strips.
Finely chop the ginger and garlic.
Put all the vegetables, ginger, and garlic into the food steamer and steam (first bring to boil) for 20 minutes (medium flame).
Once done, sprinkle some coriander leaves and salt on top of the vegetables.
