Instructions
Wash and chop all the vegetables. In a large pot, add the vegetables, garlic cloves, bay leaves, and 2 liters of water. Bring the mixture to a boil (cover lid), then reduce heat to a simmer (lid partially open) Allow the broth to simmer for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally. Strain the broth through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth, discarding the solids. Add salt to taste, if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
