Cracked wheat Porridge (MH) (Regular)

Instructions
1. Heat the fat in a pan and roast the cracked wheat to light brown colour. Alternately it may be dry roasted in the pan. 2. Add water and cook on slow fire, stirring occasionally till done and of thick consistency. 3. Add milk, sugar and bring to boil. Serve hot. Alternately, serve hot in bowl with hot milk and sugar.
