Instructions
1. In a large, microwave safe bowl combine the rolled oats and milk. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until oats are cooked. Be careful to prevent overflowing. 2. Mash banana in a separate bowl 3. Once the oatmeal is cooked, stir in the mashed banana, peanut butter, and cinnamon (if using). Mix well until everything is combined and the oatmeal is creamy. 4. Add honey or maple syrup to taste
