Instructions
1. Cut the cucumber using a mandolin or knife. Set aside. 2. Mix together the remainder of the ingredients and mix well. Add sauce to the sliced cucumbers and mix well. Note: for added heat you can add chili flakes, Cajun seasoning, chili crunch or whatever you’d like.
