Based from Gemini Recomendation Instructions: Soak Oatmeal: In a medium saucepan, combine rolled oats, water, rice milk, Pea Protein Isolate, ground flaxseeds, some ground ginger, a pinch ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Soak overnight in the refrigerator. Set 1/4cup frozen strawberries to thaw in the fridge overnight with 1/4 tsp lemon juice Cook Oatmeal: Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until oats are creamy and liquid is mostly absorbed (about 10-15 minutes). Add Flax & Oil: Remove from heat. Stir in the flax oil until completely smooth. If too thick, add a splash more water. Slice strawberries. Prepare Caramelized Banana: While oats cook, in a small non-stick pan over medium heat, arrange banana slices, tossed in 1/4 tsp lemon juice. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until softened and lightly browned/caramelized. If using, drizzle with maple syrup during the last minute of cooking. Sprinkle with cinnamon and allspice. Toast Crumble: In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast sunflower seeds and hemp seed hearts for 2-3 minutes until lightly golden and fragrant. Remove from heat.
