Instructions
Based on recommendations from Gemini Toast gluten free bread slice. Mash/crush/grind about 1 tsp/3g sunflower seed kernels. Finely dice or brunoise about 1 tbs/5g of celery, and 1 tsp/2g shallot. Chop Chop 1tbs Fresh Parsley. Mash about 1/2 cup/70g of canned chickpeas, about one scoop/20g of unflavored pea protein isolate, the mashed/crushed/ground sunflower seed kernels, about 1/2 tbsp/4.5g of nutritional yeast, about 1tsp/5g lemon juice, about 1tsp/5g tahini, and about 2tsp/10g dijion mustard, to a semi smooth texture. Fold in all cut vegetables and herbs. Chill the mixture. Serve spread on the toasted bread.
