Add 1/4cup of filtered water, with 1 tbsp cider vinegar, 1/2 tsp dried thyme, 1/2 tsp dried basil, and a strong pinch of lite salt to a pot with a lid.
Peel and core a medium pear, about 148g, and add to the pot with the lid.
Bring the water to a simmer, then cover and cook on low till the pear is easily pierced but still holds it's shape.
In another saucepan, add about 1/4 cups/35g of frozen raspberries, about 1tsp/5g of lemon juice, about 1/2 tsp maple syrup, and a heavy pinch of lite salt. Bring to a strong simmer till the raspberries breakdown and thicken.
Force the raspberry mixture through a sieve. Then mix in about 1/4tsp vanilla extract.
Remove the pear from the poaching liquid.
Drizzle the raspberry liquid over the pear, and then refrigerate.
Serve chilled.
