Instructions
I always have this in the refrigerator. It is extremely quick and easy. You can make everything in bulk (2-3lbs of beef, 2-3 cups of rice, a family-size bag of frozen broccoli florets, or 1-2 heads of fresh broccoli chopped) and easily meal prep or measure it out with each meal. Pre-cook all ingredients separately with your choice of seasonings. You can easily adjust your protein and carbohydrate intake up or down. I use this to fill in gaps during the week.
