Instructions
Wash lentils and quinoa. Bring water and beef base to a boil. Add remaining ingredients, cover, and reduce to a simmer. Simmer for 10 minutes. Leave covered and on heated burner for additional 10 minutes. Stir with chopstick. If water remains, uncover and stir frequently to evaporate excess water.
