Pumpkin Soup:
1 can of pumpkin
12oz package of cauliflower
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
6 tbsp of corn starch
1tbsp+1tsp Dextrin (clear fiber powder)
1/2 tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp grated nutmeg
½ tsp ground white pepper
6 cups of water
Microwave Cauliflower till soft.
Use a blender to puree the cauliflower.
Mix all ingredients in a pot.
While stirring, bring liquid to a strong simmer/boil.
Simmer till mixture thickens.
