CF Greg Turkey Chili with Beans and Greens

Instructions
1. Dice red bell pepper and tomatoes. 2. Dice onions, celery, carrots (unless using pre-chopped mirepoix). 3. Saute onions, celery, carrots, red pepper, in olive oil for 1 min. 4. Add lean ground turkey and cook turkey, stirring frequently. If it begins sticking, add a little water to pan and stir. 5. Add beans, tomatoes, spices, chicken broth and water. Bring to boil, then simmer for 10 min. 6. Add kale and cook for 1 min to soften. 7. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on warm chile when serving.
