Instructions
A very rich, malty chocolate milkshake-like meal replacement recipe. Using a blender is recommended. Note that blending or shaking milk like this will froth it and reduce its density: bear this in mind when measuring out servings based on volume. About sugar content: ~7.2g of high GI sugar. The remainder is almost entirely from lactose and isomaltulose.
