Instructions
Basic sourdough instructions. Mix all ingredients, bulk ferment with stretch and folds until jiggly, shape and cold proof until ready to bake, and at least 24 hours for full nutrition unlock. Bake 25 minutes at 475 in a covered preheat Dutch oven, remove lid and lower temp to 375 and continue baking until thermometer reaches 200. Cool, slice, eat.
