Instructions
Great carrot. Microwave 1/2 cup of frozen cauliflower, and then blend with a stick blender to a smooth paste Mix water, cauliflower puree, pea protein isolate, lite salt, allulose, and nutritional yeast. Fold in all other ingredients into the liquid mixture. Refrigerate over night.
